1. Overview
This website is operated by Peach Lingerie. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

3. Products and descriptions

  • We try to display our products, colours and sizing as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
  • Sizing can vary between styles. Please check the size guide before ordering.
  • We may change, discontinue or limit the availability of any product at any time.

4. Pricing and payment

  • Prices are shown in Rnads and include taxes, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
  • We may correct pricing or product errors, and we may cancel and refund any order affected by one.
  • Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We don't store your full card details.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or unauthorised use.

5. Orders
Your order is a request to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email or dispatch it. We can cancel or limit orders for reasons such as stock errors, payment issues or suspected abuse, and we'll refund you in full if we do.

6. Discount codes and promotions
Promotional offers, discount codes and bundles are subject to their own conditions and expiry dates. Unless stated, they can't be combined and can't be applied after an order is placed. We may withdraw an offer at any time.

7. Gift cards
Gift cards can be redeemed on our website only, [do / do not expire] and have no cash value, unless the law says otherwise. Lost or stolen gift cards can't be replaced, so please keep your code safe.

8. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times and costs are in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. [Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes, if applicable.]

9. Returns and refunds
Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. For hygiene reasons, certain items can only be returned if unworn, with tags and hygiene liners intact. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorised access.

11. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including images, text, logos, product designs, videos and branding, belongs to Peach Lingerie or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.

12. Acceptable use
You agree not to:

  • Use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent
  • Attempt to interfere with the site's security or operation
  • Use bots or scrapers, or collect other users' data without permission
  • Submit false, abusive or misleading content, including reviews

If you post a review, photo or comment, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and share it on our website and marketing channels. We may remove content that is offensive, false or unlawful.

Our site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as payment processors, couriers or Shopify). We aren't responsible for their content, policies or practices.

15. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is" and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peach Lingerie isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss arising from delays or events outside our control. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of South Africa, subject to any consumer rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere.
